Hello Nancy Enos,

I was told that a CPC class can also be taken in a one week time frame. I meant a Manager who took a one week course, studied and then took the test. Do you offer this type of class? If not, does this type of class still exist? I will await your response.
Thank you,
Linda Pina
I have sent you an e-mail from my work today. Therefore, this will be a second attempt at my trying to contact you. I was given your name by two of my co-workers who took your course.

Linda, we do not offer a one week course. The materials we cover in class take 60 hours, and students typically spend twice that much time studying and doing their homework to master the material! We have 5 hours of class a week and students usuallys devote 10 hours to homework. With this pace, we cover 2 chapters a week over a period of 12 weeks.

I can't imaging doing this amount in one week, but the boot camp does allow a quick review before sitting for the exam.

Best of luck and let us know how we can help you attain certification!

Hi Nancy, I am interested in becoming a certified medical coder. If you can please email me the course information along with the program requirements, dates, times and the total cost of the program please. Also, I work during the day and would be interested in attending weeknights and or weekend.

Hi Angelica,
This blog post is over a year old. We have much more recent posts that should give you all the information you need. Also, you didn't leave your email - so I can't email you the info. You should see it right here on this site by going to the "education" section. We don't currently have any weekend courses available (we just finished one this past fall) but check back often, you can be in the next available weekend course.
